Responsabilidades:
- Administrar contratos complexos de venda para o mercado nacional e internacional, com alto grau de proatividade, assertividade e autonomia notoriamente reconhecidos pelas principais interfaces, assegurando resultados altamente satisfatórios.
- Assegurar a entrega da (s) aeronave (s) e/ou serviços ao cliente final conforme o prazo, qualidade, custos e margens preestabelecidos no contrato e balanço comercial aprovado, e procedimentos da empresa.
- Participar da elaboração de contratos e balanços comerciais analisando criticamente cláusulas e valores com o intuito de facilitar a gestão do contrato.
- Elaborar, disponibilizar e manter atualizada a Ficha Cliente do contrato ou programa.
- Participar das reuniões de produção e planejamento identificando oportunidades de melhoria, antecipando problemas e propondo ações preventivas, corretivas e de mitigação de riscos.
- Atuar como facilitador, orientador, animador e suporte junto as áreas envolvidas na execução do contrato ou programa, visando resolver/antecipar problemas e otimizar os processos internos.
- Auxiliar no processo de formação e desenvolvimento do pessoal com menor experiência da área, transmitindo ensinamento e/ou orientação técnica, operacional e prática, em apoio ao seu gestor.
- Apresentar resultados e status de andamento das atividades do contrato ou programa conforme previsto no procedimento de gestão de contratos vigente e nas reuniões de gerenciamento do contrato ou programa (PMM - Project Management Meeting), quando aplicável.
- Elaborar/Revisar os contratos de compra de helicópteros junto à matriz e/ou outras subsidiárias através de contratos intercompany, e acompanhar as etapas de produção, garantindo que as aeronaves sejam produzidas conforme contrato de compra e venda entre Helibras e o cliente final, desafiando a matriz quanto ao cumprimento de prazos e a qualidade conforme padrão Airbus Helibras.
- Elaborar, atualizar e divulgar os relatórios de Gerenciamento de Riscos, Gerenciamento de Custos, EAC e outros conforme práticas e procedimentos vigentes de gestão de Projetos e Programas.
Requisitos:
- Candidatos internos, atentar-se a Regra de Ouro.
- Ensino superior completo desejavelmente em Engenharia Aeronáutica, Administração, Engenharia de Produção e afins.
- Obrigatória experiência com cliente militar.
- Prévia experiência em gerenciamento de contratos, projetos ou programas.
- Inglês, minimamente, intermediário (necessário que haja capacidade de compreensão para, ao menos, participar de reuniões com a Airbus).
- Familiaridade comSAP para tratativa de itens associados ao contrato.
- Desejável experiência com Google AppSheet e Looker.

Responsibilities:
- Manage complex sales contracts for the domestic and international markets with a high degree of proactivity, assertiveness, and autonomy-qualities widely recognized by key stakeholders-ensuring highly satisfactory results.
- Ensure the delivery of the aircraft and/or services to the end customer in accordance with the deadlines, quality standards, costs, and margins pre-established in the contract and approved commercial balance sheet, as well as company procedures.
- Participate in the drafting of contracts and commercial balance sheets by critically analyzing clauses and values to facilitate contract management.
- Prepare, make available, and keep the contract or program’s Customer File up to date.
- Participate in production and planning meetings, identifying opportunities for improvement, anticipating problems, and proposing preventive, corrective, and risk mitigation actions.
- Act as a facilitator, advisor, motivator, and support to the areas involved in the execution of the contract or program, aiming to resolve/anticipate problems and optimize internal processes.
- Assist in the training and development of less experienced staff in the area, providing technical, operational, and practical instruction and/or guidance, in support of their manager.
- Present results and progress reports on contract or program activities as required by the current contract management procedure and at contract or program management meetings (PMM - Project Management Meeting), when applicable.
- Draft/review helicopter purchase contracts with the parent company and/or other subsidiaries through intercompany agreements, and monitor production stages, ensuring that the aircraft are produced in accordance with the purchase and sale contract between Helibras and the end customer, holding the parent company accountable for meeting deadlines and quality standards in accordance with Airbus Helibras standards.
- Prepare, update, and disseminate Risk Management, Cost Management, EAC, and other reports in accordance with current project and program management practices and procedures.
Requirements:
- Internal candidates, please note the Golden Rule.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Aeronautical Engineering, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience working with military clients is required.
- Previous experience in contract, project, or program management.
- English proficiency at a minimum of intermediate level (ability to understand enough to participate in meetings with Airbus).
- Familiarity with SAP for handling contract-related matters.
- Experience with Google AppSheet and Looker is desirable.
