Descrição da vaga: Estágio Administrativo no Departamento Jurídico

Localização: Itajubá - MG

Modalidade: Presencial

Horário: 10h às 17h

Principais atividades:

  • Prestar suporte no acompanhamento do budget do departamento (via planilhas e sistemas) e auxiliar no gerenciamento do fluxo financeiro, incluindo o recebimento, conferência e processamento de faturas e notas fiscais de escritórios terceirizados e fornecedores;
  • Elaborar e manter atualizados os cadastros da empresa em sistemas de clientes e parceiros comerciais, além de administrar a solicitação e organização de certidões negativas e documentações exigidas por órgãos públicos e auditorias;
  • Auxiliar ativamente a rotina de viagens da equipe (cotação e agendamento de passagens e hospedagens) e conduzir o processo de prestação de contas, realizando a conferência e o lançamento de relatórios de despesas para reembolso;
  • Ajudar na realização da manutenção e na estruturação do acervo digital, garantindo a organização, a segurança e o acesso rápido a contratos administrativos, procurações e demais documentos oficiais do departamento.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Cursando ensino superior em Administração;
  • Inglês intermediário;
  • Experiência com Google Workspace será um diferencial;
  • Ter disponibilidade para estagiar presencialmente (30 horas semanais) na Helibras de Itajubá por no mínimo 2 anos;
  • Candidatos internos favor atentar-se a regra de ouro.

Job Description: Administrative Internship in the Legal Department
Location: Itajubá, MG
Format: In-person
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Main responsibilities:

  • Provide support in monitoring the department’s budget (using spreadsheets and systems) and assist in managing cash flow, including receiving, verifying, and processing invoices and receipts from third-party firms and suppliers;
  • Create and maintain up-to-date company records in client and business partner systems, as well as manage the request and organization of clearance certificates and documentation required by government agencies and audits;
  • Actively assist with the team’s travel arrangements (quoting and booking tickets and accommodations) and manage the expense reporting process, verifying and entering expense reports for reimbursement;
  • Assist in the maintenance and structuring of the digital archive, ensuring the organization, security, and quick access to administrative contracts, powers of attorney, and other official department documents.

Required qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration;
  • Intermediate English;
  • Experience with Google Workspace is a plus;
  • Availability to complete an in-person internship (30 hours per week) at Helibras in Itajubá for at least 2 years;
