Misión:

Como Practicante MRO serás responsable de apoyar en las actividades de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de los helicópteros para adquirir experiencia práctica en el sector aeronáutico, colaborando en el flujo de trabajo del taller bajo la estricta supervisión de personal certificado, garantizando el aprendizaje de las normas de seguridad y calidad técnica

Responsabilidades:

  • Asistir a los Técnicos Titulares en los trabajos de mantenimiento asignados (componentes, subcomponentes y sistemas) para comprender la aplicación de boletines y directivas de aeronavegabilidad.
  • Consultar y estudiar la documentación técnica y manuales del fabricante durante las tareas asignadas para familiarizarse con los estándares de seguridad y calidad aeronáutica.
  • Apoyar en la identificación y preparación de partes y herramientas necesarias para las órdenes de trabajo del día.
  • Aprender y observar la aplicación de técnicas estándar (torques, frenados, reparaciones) bajo la guía directa del técnico responsable.
  • Colaborar en el orden y limpieza de las áreas de trabajo, asegurando el cumplimiento estricto del programa de 5´s.
  • Coadyuvar en el inventario y verificación del estado de herramientas comunes y equipo de apoyo terrestre, reportando cualquier anomalía. Familiarizarse con el registro de información en la documentación de la aeronave (bitácoras o formatos internos) bajo validación del supervisor.
  • Participar en las capacitaciones y charlas de seguridad operacional impartidas por la empresa.
  • Reportar de manera inmediata cualquier condición insegura o peligro detectado en el hangar para fomentar la cultura de seguridad.

Requerimientos:

Estudiante últimos semestres de Carrera Técnica o Ingeniería (Aeronáutica / Mecánica)

Conocimiento teórico de motores, sistemas o estructuras

Manejo Google Suite

Habilidades como capacidad de aprendizaje, tolerancia a la frustración, trabajo en equipo y comunicación.

Mission: As an MRO Intern, you will be responsible for supporting preventive and corrective maintenance activities for helicopters to gain hands-on experience in the aeronautical sector. You will collaborate in the workshop workflow under the strict supervision of certified personnel, ensuring the learning of safety standards and technical quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Lead Technicians in assigned maintenance tasks (components, subcomponents, and systems) to understand the application of bulletins and airworthiness directives.
  • Consult and study technical documentation and manufacturer manuals during assigned tasks to become familiar with aeronautical safety and quality standards.
  • Support the identification and preparation of parts and tools required for the day's work orders.
  • Learn and observe the application of standard techniques (torquing, safety wiring, repairs) under the direct guidance of the responsible technician.
  • Collaborate in the organization and cleanliness of work areas, ensuring strict compliance with the 5S program.
  • Assist in the inventory and status verification of common tools and ground support equipment, reporting any anomalies.
  • Become familiar with recording information in aircraft documentation (logbooks or internal forms) under supervisor validation.
  • Participate in training sessions and operational safety briefings provided by the company.
  • Immediately report any unsafe conditions or hazards detected in the hangar to promote a safety culture.

Requirements:

  • Student in the final semesters of a Technical Degree or Engineering (Aeronautical / Mechanical).
  • Theoretical knowledge of engines, systems, or structures.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite.
  • Skills: Learning agility, frustration tolerance, teamwork, and communication.
