Descrição da vaga: Estágio em Logística

Localização: Itajubá - MG

Modalidade: Presencial

Horário: 7h às 14h

Principais atividades:

• Apoiar as rotinas estratégicas da área, auxiliando no planejamento e controle das compras para garantir o balanceamento e a manutenção ideal dos níveis de estoque;
  
• Prestar suporte no acompanhamento contínuo do fluxo de pedidos junto aos fornecedores, monitorando as entregas para assegurar o cumprimento dos prazos e a eficiência no recebimento;
  
• Auxiliar no levantamento, extração e tratamento de dados internos e informações de mercado, fornecendo embasamento analítico para a tomada de decisão da liderança;
  
• Contribuir ativamente com o acompanhamento dos Indicadores-Chave de Desempenho da área, ajudando a identificar oportunidades de otimização e a implementar melhorias nos processos logísticos.
  

Requisitos obrigatórios:

• Cursando ensino superior em Administração;
  
• Inglês intermediário será um diferencial;
  
• Ter disponibilidade para estagiar presencialmente (30 horas semanais) na Helibras de Itajubá por no mínimo 2 anos;
  
• Candidatos internos favor atentar-se a regra de ouro.

Position: Logistics Internship
Location: Itajubá, MG
Format: In-person
Schedule: 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Key responsibilities:

• Support the department's strategic routines by assisting with purchasing planning and control to ensure balanced and optimal inventory levels;
  
• Provide support in tracking the order flow with suppliers, monitoring deliveries to ensure deadlines are met and receiving processes are efficient;
  
• Assist in gathering, extracting, and processing internal data and market information, providing analytical insights to support leadership decision-making;
  
• Actively contribute to monitoring the department's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), helping to identify optimization opportunities and implement improvements in logistics processes.
  

Mandatory requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration;
  
• Intermediate English skills are a plus;
  
• Availability for an in-person internship (30 hours per week) at Helibras in Itajubá for a minimum of 2 years;
