You will join the Data & Analytics team. In this role, you will act as a Scrum Master within an Agile Release Train.

You will play a critical role in the digital continuity of the world’s leading helicopter manufacturer.

Your challenges:

Guide and facilitate all extended Scrum and Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, iteration reviews, and retrospectives) for a Data & Analytics squad of 10 people .
Ensure the agile framework is strictly followed to optimize team velocity, secure sprint commitments, and deliver high-quality SAP BI products .
Protect the agile squad from external distractions and actively remove architectural or organizational impediments hindering daily progress .
Collaborate closely with the Product Manager, Product Owners, and Domain Leaders to refine, prioritize, and maintain a healthy product backlog .
Monitor and report squad performance, velocity metrics, and risks to management during weekly run mode general interfaces .

Your profile:

Min. 5 years of professional experience in Agile Leadership, Coaching, or Scrum Master roles .
Technical expertise in extended Scrum frameworks, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles, and agile governance .
Hands-on experience working with Agile project management tools (such as Jira or Agility) to track PI delivery, dependencies, and metrics .
Background or strong functional knowledge within Data & Analytics domains and SAP BI product environments .
