As a valued member of our team specializing in the Public Safety sector, your primary objective revolves around the Public Safety market segment, your key focus being system deployment following DevOps principles for various environments for customers in the Public Safety domain.
Your specific tasks:
- Improving and developing automated software delivery processes as part of our DevOps team.
- Defining competitive end-to-end solutions together with top experts from different teams in an international environment.
- Ensuring that our solutions fit smoothly into our customers’ IT environments.
- As part of our dynamic and agile team, ensuring robustness, performance and security aspects within the architecture design.

Let’s talk about you - who is set to thrive in this position?
In this role, we need a seasoned DevOps Architect who has:
- Proven experience (at least 8 years) working in complex IT environments.
- Expertise in Linux environments
- Experience of virtualization and cloud native services
- Containerization: Mastery of Docker and production-level experience with Kubernetes and related ecosystem tools
- Experience in scripting, DevOps tools, IaC and configuration management as GitLab, Ansible and Terraform
- Strong system-level troubleshooting skills and the ability to identify and resolve high-level scalability and performance issues
- Self-Service Enablement: Understanding of designing and implementing self-service infrastructure and deployment capabilities (e.g., automated environment provisioning portals, standardized deployment templates)
- Security Fluency: Knowledge of security threats and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills to address needs and propose solutions towards customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong understanding software development methodologies, such as Scrum and SAF
Education & Soft skills
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Communications
- Creative mindset and strong problem solving skills
- Analytical by nature, highly organized and able to effectively prioritize tasks
- Ability and willingness to work as a team player in a highly collaborative and fast-evolving international environment
- Fluent in English, Finnish skills are appreciated but not necessary
- Strong “Can do” attitude and mindset for continuous improvement
