Job Title : IBM Planning Analytics Specialist

Job Description

Are you passionate about IT, experienced in IBM Planning Analytics and convinced by the business added value of Finance planning digitalization?

Airbus started a business-centric project to simplify, digitalise and enhance Financial Planning activities. This Finance transformation includes new global governance, new ways of working and the implementation of digital tools.

In this context, we are looking for an IBM Planning Analytics specialist (m/f) to join Airbus in Bangalore, India.

You will join the IM Finance Planning & Analytics team to support the digitalisation of the company Financial planning processes (CapEx, PdPs, CbNs...)..

You’ll have end to end responsibilities around this area: analysis of the Business requirements, design definition, development, tests, deployment, documentation and operations.

Your Responsibilities / Tasks:

  • Participate in design workshops, deliver design documents and propositions with impacts analysis.
  • Provide proactive analysis & communication.
  • Update existing models configuration aligned with Sprint planning / Change boards needs.
  • Investigate and solve incidents with stakeholders and Editors.

Deliverables:

  • User stories specification and implementation
  • Solution analysis and assessment dossiers
  • Configuration updates
  • Knowledge transfer documents
  • Incidents resolution
  • Update of Technical Documents


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor/ Master Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology
  • 3 - 7 years of experience in IBM Planning Analytics (Application design/development/support, IBM TurboIntegrator processes creation/coding, administration topics..)
  • Very good culture of IT and Planning
  • Master Data Management
  • Data integration
  • Reporting and Analytics
  • Being able to work in an environment using Agile
  • Able to speak up, to proactively get topics from backlog or feed the backlog, to proactively search solution on his/her own, to educate himself/herself on his/her own if indeed and be able to build and mobilize his/her network of helpers in Europe to find solutions.
  • Nice to have : SAP BW knowledge / experience


Soft skills:

  • Fluent English required
  • Some proficiency in French / German would be a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, time management, interpersonal skills and a good team player with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Motivated to work in an environment that promotes autonomy, proactiveness and lifelong learning.
  • Delivery & commitment oriented.
  • Being able to work in a fast paced and multicultural environment.
