We are looking for a talented leader to oversee and execute our internal, external, and institutional communication strategies.
📋 Main Activities:
Strategic & Corporate (Airbus & Helibras)
- Development and delivery of Communications strategy and tactics
- Coordinate high-level press, customer and employee events providing on-site support and strategic counsel throughout
- Lead, execute or oversee any audiovisual, social media or multimedia project
- Support crisis communications
Brand, Digital and Events
- Lead the strategy to drive positive brand awareness and preference
- Support the development, maintenance and channel strategy of all regional platforms, including the organization's website, social media channels, and newsletters.
- Event planning and execution
Internal and Operational Management
- Coordinate employee events to drive engagement.
- Support internal and company-wide communications campaigns
- Ensure consistent internal communications and alignment with all stakeholders
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent organizational messaging
- Budget and Resource Management
Leadership & Advisory
- Provide Executive Strategic Counsel for leadership
- Support Community Impact projects, Airbus Foundation and the Helibras Institute.

🎓 Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism or a related field.
- More than 6 years of experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in large-scale communication for frontline and shop-floor workers.
- Native or bilingual proficiency in both Portuguese and English.
