Airbus International Services DAC (AIS), is a wholly owned subsidiary of Airbus Helicopters, dedicated to the management of external technical assistance for Airbus clients. With around 100 headcount, our employees are based in jurisdictions across the world, with the management team located in Dublin, Ireland.

Join the Commercial team

Airbus International Services is a wholly owned subsidiary of Airbus Helicopters, which provides resource based solutions to Airbus customers across the world. Based in Dublin, the Commercial team supports just under 100 globally mobile employees.

Roles and Responsibilities

Commercial Support: Assist in the preparation, issuance, and tracking of commercial proposals and amendments in line with company pricing policies.

Procurement Support: Assist in the posting of GR’s, creation of PO’s and ad hoc tasks .

Mission Coordination: Act as the point of contact for mission preparation, including issuing mission numbers, managing travel bookings, and handling expense platforms.

Financial Administration: Support the Commercial and Finance Teams with billing, invoice queries, reconciliations, and the management of customer Purchase Orders (POs) .

Data Management: Maintain absolute accuracy of commercial and financial data within internal information systems and CRM tools.

Operational Liaison: Provide support and assistance to the Commercial Project Managers & Finance Team on their daily activities.

Reporting: Assist in the delivery of monthly pipeline forecasts and cost target monitoring.

Experience

  • A third-level business degree is required
  • 2+ years in an office administration role

Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and CRM systems; high attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Strong coordination of multiple internal departments and third-party providers
  • High level of confidentiality and discretion required
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to spot anomalies
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise their workload
  • Excellent communication skills & ability to work on their own initiative
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and take ownership of the role
  • Team spirit and positive attitude to work are key: proactive attitude
  • Proficient level in Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Microsoft Excel and Google Suite
  • SAP experience desirable but not essential

Communication: Ability to liaise effectively across multiple internal departments.

Organisation: Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise daily deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
