Airbus Atlantic Portugal is currently recruiting for the site in Santo Tirso - Porto. Integrated into a multicultural environment and dynamic team, this position Sales Assistant will report directly to the site's CFO.

Main tasks:

  • Manage the administrative follow-up of orders from entry to delivery;
  • Preparing customer invoices and other sales-related documentation based on accounting procedures;
  • Researching and investigating discrepancies in invoices to determine the accuracy of the charges;
  • Manage prices updates and customer contracts;
  • Manage transportation costs, conduct transportation rate studies, monitor and analyze invoices for organized transport services;
  • Monitor product availability and track stockouts;
  • Manage export documentation, including packing lists, certificates of origin, and invoice submissions;
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding all order-related inquiries;
  • Perform analyses and prepare sales reports for management;
  • Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to guarantee customer satisfaction;
  • Maintain organized digital and physical sales records.

Requirements:

  • Education in marketing, management, economics, and accounting, management, finance, or a similar field;
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable or accounting;
  • Proficiency in ERP software (SAP);
  • Good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft tools and enjoyment of administrative work;
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); French is a plus;
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and good interpersonal skills.
