Job Description:

1. Company Introduction :
AIRBUS KOREA Ltd. Training Services is an Aviation Training Organization dedicated to training and evaluating pilots affiliated with airlines through the use of flight simulators.

2. Role :

Maintains close liaison with Korean Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport personnel to ensure that AKTS is always in compliance with all laws and regulations pertaining to its operations as an Aviation Training Organization.

3. Responsibilities :

- External cooperation with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport (MOLIT), Korea Transport Safety Authority (KOTSA), and aviation training-related organizations
- Management of Aviation Training Organization certifications, including the qualification management of instructors and designated examiners
- Response to audits conducted by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport (MOLIT), AIRBUS headquarters, and customer airlines
- Management of internal training and operational regulations, as well as general administrative duties
- Monitoring of aviation regulations and industry trends

4. Basic skills :

- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English

- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs

- Prioritize multiple tasks properly.

- Complete each work within a pre-defined deadline.

- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills

5. Qualifications :

- Bachelor’s degree

- Experience in the aviation industry or administrative fields (1-3 years)

6. Contract type :

Local Contract with 1-year probation period

(Convert to permanent job according to probation results)
