Misión:

Como Analista de Comercio Exterior serás responsable de coordinar y cumplir con la correcta ejecución de las actividades de comercio exterior de la compañía,

  • garantizando en todo momento el cumplimiento de las regulaciones aplicables tanto para la importación

como exportación de sus mercancías

Responsabilidades:

  • Conocer Normatividad Aduanera, Ley de Comercio Exterior, TIGIE y dar cumplimiento a RNAs.
  • Operación de Importación y Exportación, coordinación de transporte y supervisión, revisión documental, instrucciones al AA y Forwarder,
  • Coordinar servicios -extraordinarios.(AHMSA/AMTC/Heliescuela)
  • Monitorear el traslado local de las mercancías con nuestro proveedor de transporte meyser.
  • Revisión de las facturas de proveedores de Aduanas y Transporte, considera aplicabilidad de facturas, tarifas y carga en PO SAP + recepciones y envío de reportes a proveedores.
  • Realizar actividades relacionadas al control de Importaciones temporales (anexo 24).
  • Llevar el control del archivo de pruebas de entrega de mercancías.
  • Soportar el líder de comercio exterior en las actividades relacionadas al archivo de comercio exterior físico /electrónico con estricto apego a la ley Aduanera y regulaciones aplicables.
  • Gestión para obtención de certificados NOM sobre mercancía aplicable.
  • Soporte en actividades relacionadas a la Manifestación de valor.
  • Conocer y Cumplir con la Normativa de Export Control, cumpliendo anualmente con la capacitación definida en la plataforma Mypulse.

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura terminada en negocios internacionales, Relaciones internacionales, comercio internacional y/o afin.
  • Inglés avanzado
  • Manejo avanzado de Google Sheets (tablas dinámicas y bases de datos).
  • Conocimiento avanzado de comercio exterior, importación, exportación, INCOTERMS, NOMS, Cert. IVA/IEPS, RNA’S, IMMEX y trámites con entidades gubernamentales - Sector aeroespacial
  • Habilidades: Negociación, Comunicación, Actitud de servicio y Proactividad.

Mission: As a Trade Analyst, you will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring the correct execution of the company's foreign trade activities, guaranteeing at all times compliance with applicable regulations for both the import and export of its goods.

Responsibilities:

  • Know Customs Regulations, Foreign Trade Law, TIGIE, and comply with RNAs (Non-Tariff Regulations and Restrictions).
  • Import and Export operations, transportation coordination and supervision, document review, instructions to the Customs Broker (AA) and Forwarder.
  • Coordinate extraordinary services (AHMSA/AMTC/Heliescuela).
  • Monitor the local transfer of goods with our transportation provider, Meyser.
  • Review invoices from Customs and Transportation providers, considering invoice applicability, rates, and uploading to SAP PO + receiving and sending reports to providers.
  • Perform activities related to the control of temporary imports (Annex 24).
  • Maintain control of the proof of delivery (POD) archive for goods.
  • Support the Foreign Trade Leader in activities related to the physical/electronic foreign trade archive, in strict compliance with the Customs Law and applicable regulations.
  • Management to obtain NOM certificates for applicable goods.
  • Support in activities related to the Manifestation of Value (Manifestación de Valor).
  • Know and comply with Export Control Regulations, completing the annual training defined on the Mypulse platform.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree completed in International Business, International Relations, Foreign Trade, and/or related fields.
  • Advanced English.
  • Advanced management of Google Sheets (pivot tables and databases).
  • Advanced knowledge of foreign trade, import, export, INCOTERMS, NOMS, VAT/IEPS Certification, RNAs, IMMEX, and procedures with government entities - Aerospace sector.
  • Skills: Negotiation, Communication, Service Attitude, and Proactivity.
