¿Cuál será tu Misión Principal? Serás el motor de seguimiento y reflexión en el proceso de ventas internacionales para la división de Airbus Helicopters Mexico. Tu enfoque estará en garantizar una comunicación fluida y en la gestión integral de las oportunidades comerciales (tanto de aeronaves como de servicios de mantenimiento y soporte), aportando tu capacidad analítica para garantizar cierres exitosos junto al equipo directivo.

🎯 Tus Desafíos y Responsabilidades

  • Aceleración de Oportunidades: Dar seguimiento oportuno a la venta de helicópteros y paquetes de servicios de soporte, documentando con precisión cada avance.
  • Análisis Estratégico: Colaborar en el análisis técnico para evaluar la viabilidad de las ofertas comerciales y proponer soluciones a la medida del cliente.
  • Investigación de Mercados: Identificar y explorar nuevas oportunidades en mercados internacionales dentro del sector aeronáutico.
  • Desarrollo de Negocios: Crear y mantener relaciones sólidas con clientes nuevos y existentes, promoviendo nuestra excelencia en servicios postventa.
  • Gestión Comercial: Organizar visitas y representar a la empresa en entornos de alta exigencia.
  • Soporte de Cierre: Apoyar directamente al Jefe de Ventas en la documentación técnica, presentaciones y negociación final.

📝 Requisitos:

  • Experiencia: Máximo 1 año en ventas (servicios, industriales o cualquier sector). Valoramos más tus habilidades blandas y tu potencial.
  • Idiomas Indispensables: * Español: Nivel Avanzado/Nativo (Excelente redacción y comunicación oral).
    • Inglés: Nivel Conversacional (B2) para interacción internacional.
  • Herramientas Digitales: * Conocimiento deseable de Salesforce o manejo de algún CRM.
    • Dominio de GSuite y Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Presentaciones).
  • Habilidades Clave: Capacidad analítica, reflexión, proactividad y atención al detalle.
  • Formación: La escolaridad no es un factor limitante. Si bien un título es un plus, tu experiencia y pasión son lo que más nos importa.

🚀 Join Our Team as a Junior International Sales Executive!

Are you passionate about global business and the aerospace industry? Do you consider yourself a highly analytical person with a drive to go above and beyond? We are looking for proactive talent with an international vision to become a key player in our growth within helicopter sales and technical support services.

What will be your Main Mission? You will be the driving force behind the follow-up and strategic thinking of the international sales process for the Airbus Helicopters Mexico division. Your focus will be on ensuring seamless communication and the comprehensive management of commercial opportunities (both aircraft and maintenance/support services), providing your analytical capacity to ensure successful deals alongside the executive team.

🎯 Your Challenges and Responsibilities

  • Opportunity Acceleration: Provide timely follow-up on helicopter sales and support service packages, accurately documenting every step of the process.
  • Strategic Analysis: Collaborate on technical analysis to evaluate the feasibility of commercial offers and propose tailored solutions for the client.
  • Market Research: Identify and explore new opportunities within international markets in the aeronautical sector.
  • Business Development: Create and maintain solid relationships with new and existing clients, promoting our excellence in after-sales services.
  • Commercial Management: Organize commercial visits and represent the company in high-demand environments.
  • Closing Support: Directly assist the Sales Manager with technical documentation, presentations, and final negotiations.

📝 Requirements:

  • Experience: Maximum 1 year in sales (services, industrial, or any sector). We value soft skills and potential over years of service.
  • Language Essentials:
    • Spanish: Advanced/Native level (Excellent written and oral communication).
    • English: Conversational level (B2) for international interaction.
  • Digital Tools:
    • Desirable knowledge of Salesforce or experience managing any CRM.
    • Proficiency in GSuite and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Key Skills: Analytical capacity, critical thinking, proactivity, and attention to detail.
  • Education: Degree status is not a limiting factor. While a degree is a plus, your experience and passion are what matter most to us.
