Technical Data Engineer - IPC (d/m/w)

Die Technische Dokumentation erstellt Ersatzteilkonfigurationen, Beschreibungen und illustrierte Daten mit denen der Kunde Ersatzteile identifizieren kann, die während der Wartung der Hubschrauber benötigt werden. Der illustrierte Teilekatalog (Illustrated Parts Catalog - IPC) ist ein Schlüsseldokument, welches vom Kunden, aber auch für interne Zwecke (wie z.B. TechRep, MRO), verwendet wird. Zu dessen Erstellung arbeiten wir eng mit Engineering, Logistik, Quality, Zulassung und allen anderen Support&Service Abteilungen zusammen um die Kundenzufriedenheit bezüglich Ersatzteilverfügbarkeit zu gewährleisten.

Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:

Der Stelleninhaber (d/m/w) analysiert und unterstützt das Design zur Auswahl des Wartungskonzepts und der Ersatzteilkonfiguration und stellt sicher, dass die Designlösung die Anforderungen der Kunden optimiert erfüllt

• Selbständige Analyse von Änderungsanträgen und Schätzen von Aufwänden, Definition von Liefergegenständen
  
• Ermittlung von Ersatzteildaten aus technischen Bauunterlagen (Stücklisten, Zeichnungen, Herstellerunterlagen) und Festlegung der Ersatzteilkonfigurationen/Ersatzteil-Kits sowie Erstellung und Pflege der Teilekatalogdaten (CSN) mit Illustrationen
  
• Datenpflege für Ersatzteile und Ersatzteilversorgbarkeit (Stammdatenpflege SAP) sowie Festlegung, Koordination und Freigabe von „Material-Evolution-Table" (MET)
  
• Vorbereitung, Verfassen bzw. Validierung von technischer Dokumentation in Übereinstimmung mit internationalen Standards um eine sichere und effiziente Wartung und den Betrieb von Luftfahrzeugen zu gewährleisten
  

Erforderliche Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Luft-/Raumfahrttechnik oder Techniker (m/w/d) mit mehrjähriger einschlägiger Berufserfahrung
  
• Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Erfahrung in der Erstellung von bebilderten Teilekatalogen (IPC) für Hubschrauber, S1000D ist von Vorteil
  
• Du hast Erfahrung mit dem Konfigurationsmanagement und verfügen über IT-Kenntnisse
  
• Du bringst gute Hubschrauberkenntnisse für die deutschen zivilen Baumuster mit
  
• Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse

Technical Data Engineer - IPC (d/m/w)

The Technical Documentation creates spare part configurations, descriptions and illustrated data for the customer to identify the required spare parts during aircraft maintenance. The Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC) is a key document used by customers and Airbus support organisations. For its creation, we closely collaborate with Engineering, Logistics, Quality, Airworthiness Office and all Support&Service departments to ensure customer satisfaction regarding spare part availability.

Your location

At our Donauwörth site, located on the banks of the river Danube, we develop helicopters from the initial idea to the airworthy product. Watch them take off and touch down on our own on-site test airfield..

Your tasks and responsibilities

Our new colleague (d/m/w) analyses and supports the design to select a maintenance concept and spare configurations and ensures that the design solution fulfills the customer expectations.

• Independent analysis of change proposals and effort estimation for Support&Service deliverables
• Assessment of spare parts from technical documents (bills of material, drawings, manufacturer documents) and definition of spare configurations / kits, creation and maintenance of catalog data and illustrations
• Data management for spare parts and part availability in SAP as well as definition, coordination and release of „Material-Evolution-Table" (MET)
• Preparation, redaction and validations of technical documentation in accordance with international standards to ensure safe and efficient maintenance and aircraft operation

Desired skills and qualifications

• University degree in technical domain related to maintainability of mechanical or electrical systems (or similar education background such as "Techniker" paired with experience)
• Experience in the creation of illustrated parts catalogs for helicopters, knowledge of S1000D is a benefit
• Experience in configuration management and IT skills
• General knowledge of helicopters and associated systems
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French and German would be a plus
