Job Title: Airframe Business Analyst - Electrical 3D-ART
Job Summary
As an Airframe Business Analyst specializing in Electrical 3D-ART, you will play a crucial role in optimizing electrical design processes within Airbus. This position involves analyzing and improving methodologies and tools related to the 3D electrical harness design and integration for airframe components.
Job Responsibilities
* Analyze existing electrical 3D design processes, methods, and tools within Airbus to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
* Collaborate with engineering teams, IT specialists, and other stakeholders to gather requirements for new or enhanced electrical 3D-ART solutions.
* Develop and document detailed functional specifications and use cases for electrical 3D design tools and methodologies.
* Support the implementation, testing, and deployment of new Process Methods & Tools related to electrical 3D-ART.
* Provide training and support to end-users on new processes and tools, ensuring smooth adoption and effective utilization.
* Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
* Stay abreast of industry best practices and technological advancements in electrical 3D design and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) tools.
* Contribute to the standardization and harmonization of electrical 3D design processes across various Airbus programs.
* Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at integrating electrical 3D-ART with other engineering disciplines.
Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
* Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, or a similar role within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
* Strong understanding of **Process Methods & Tools** used in electrical design and airframe integration, particularly in 3D CAD environments (e.g., CATIA V5/V6 Electrical, SEE Electrical Expert, or similar).
* Familiarity with electrical harness design principles and manufacturing processes.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
* Ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.
* Proficiency in project management methodologies is a plus.
Qualification:
B.E / M.E / M. Tech / Mechanical/Aeronautical/Automotive
Experience:
Preferably 5 to10 years of relevant experience
