We're on the hunt for Customer Advisors to join our lively and dynamic Customer Loyalty team!
So, what does a Customer Advisor do? You'll chat with our customers over the phone each day, ensuring they receive exceptional service. Since we're a regulated company, you'll also follow some compliance standards. Don't worry if you’re new to insurance, we’ll equip you with all the training and tools to make you confident in delivering great service quickly!

Our Customer Loyalty Department
As a Customer Advisor, you’ll mainly handle calls from current customers, finding ways to assist them, whether it’s getting the best renewal price, adding extra coverage, or resolving general queries. Our department constantly adapts to meet customer needs and maintain a competitive edge. Our culture is something that needs to be seen to be believed, so we’ve tried to capture it here.

We value flexibility and work-life balance, which is why your time will be split between home and the office. Besides a base salary of £26,300, there’s also the chance to earn monthly incentives.
Everyone receives 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) when they join us, increasing the longer you stay with us, up to a maximum of 38 days (including bank holidays). You also have the option to buy or sell up to an additional five days of annual leave.

If your skills and experience match what we’re looking for, you’ll have a short phone interview where we will learn more about you and your communication skills. If that goes well, we’ll invite you to our office for a meet and greet. Here, you’ll get to experience our culture for yourself, get a clear understanding of the Customer Advisor role, and finish off with a face-to-face interview with our hiring team.
