Locations: London/ hybrid (must be willing to travel to client sites throughout the UK on an ad hoc basis)

We are looking for a Security Transformation Specialist with SAP and/or Oracle security experience to join our growing Security Transformation team.

This role is ideal for individuals who combine security consulting and transformation experience with a strong understanding of enterprise applications and ERP security. You will work with client stakeholders to assess security challenges, define target-state capabilities and help deliver security transformation across SAP and Oracle environments.

You will lead a defined functional or technical area within broader security transformation workstreams, taking ownership of analysis, design and delivery within your area of responsibility. Working with workstream leadership, client stakeholders and multidisciplinary delivery teams, you will shape recommendations, coordinate activities and provide security expertise — ensuring your area aligns with the objectives and dependencies of the wider transformation.

You will be expected to operate with a high degree of independence, take ownership of your deliverables and provide day-to-day guidance to junior team members while contributing to the successful delivery of the wider workstream.

In this role you will:

  • Lead a defined functional or technical area within SAP and/or Oracle security transformation workstreams, taking ownership of its analysis, design and delivery.
  • Assess current-state security capabilities, processes, technologies and controls across SAP and/or Oracle environments to identify risks, gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Plan and facilitate stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather, challenge and translate business, security and technical requirements.
  • Own the development and delivery of outputs within your area, including security assessments, target-state designs, security requirements, governance models, control frameworks and transformation roadmap components.
  • Provide security expertise across areas such as Identity & Access Management, roles and authorisations, Privileged Access Management, Segregation of Duties, and security governance and controls.
  • Translate security risks, requirements and business needs into pragmatic recommendations aligned with the wider enterprise transformation.
  • Contribute to the development of target-state security operating models, governance structures and transformation roadmaps, providing subject-matter input from your assigned area.
  • Work closely with workstream leads, client stakeholders, functional and technical teams, and other security specialists to manage dependencies and embed security throughout the transformation.
  • Produce high-quality client deliverables including assessments, presentations, designs, recommendations and implementation plans, and present findings clearly to business and technical audiences.
  • Take responsibility for the quality and timely delivery of assigned activities, proactively identifying risks, issues and dependencies and escalating where appropriate.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance to analysts and junior team members, reviewing outputs and supporting high-quality delivery.
  • Support business case development and clearly communicate the value of security investments and transformation initiatives to stakeholders.
  • Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders and project teams.
  • Contribute to proposals, client discussions, thought leadership and the continued growth of Accenture's Security Transformation capabilities.

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in cyber security, technology consulting or business and technology transformation programmes, with demonstrable exposure to SAP and/or Oracle environments.
  • Experience in one or more areas of SAP and/or Oracle security, such as Identity & Access Management, roles and authorisations, Privileged Access Management, Segregation of Duties, security controls or governance.
  • Experience contributing to SAP S/4HANA, SAP cloud transformation, Oracle Cloud/ERP or other large-scale enterprise application transformation programmes would be advantageous.
  • Experience assessing current-state security capabilities and translating findings into target-state requirements, designs, recommendations and transformation plans.
  • Experience taking ownership of a defined area within a larger programme or workstream, coordinating activities and delivering outcomes with limited supervision.
  • Strong understanding of security risks and controls associated with enterprise applications and the business processes they support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, assess options and develop practical recommendations.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working directly with business, security and technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to facilitate workshops and communicate complex security concepts clearly to both business and technical audiences.
  • Ability to produce clear, structured and high-quality client-facing deliverables and presentations.
  • Broad understanding of security domains such as IAM, Cloud Security, Governance, Risk & Compliance, security architecture and cyber risk.
  • Ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams and coordinate activities and dependencies within your area of responsibility.
  • Experience supporting or guiding junior team members and reviewing their deliverables.
  • A proactive consulting mindset with the ability to take ownership, identify issues and drive activities through to completion.
  • Willingness to travel across the UK as projects require.
