Job Description

Enterprise Operating Model Strategy Manager

Do you want to shape the organizations of tomorrow? Are you passionate about Operating Model and Organisation Design?

Are you interested in advising boards and executive teams of global businesses and iconic brands on how they reinvent their operating models in the age of AI?

Your Mission

As an Enterprise Operating Model (EOM) Manager, you will work at board level advising clients on how to transform their businesses and enhance operational performance in a dynamic business context. EOM defines the critical structural and organisational moves that turn strategy into execution — clarifying where decisions are made, how accountability flows, and how work is distributed across human and AI teams. Through proven approaches and AI-enabled insight, you will support clients in building the distinctive capabilities, governance, and ways of working that drive growth, productivity, and agility — contributing across our three integrated sub-offerings:

  • Enterprise & Business Unit Operating Model: Support the design and activation of operating models that translate strategy and business model into execution — contributing to enterprise structure, governance design, and the capability-building required to deliver at scale.
  • Value Stream, Function & Team Design: Help design and activate how value is created and delivered — contributing to value stream design, function configuration, and team structures that enable cross-functional execution through humans and AI.
  • Operating Model Intelligence & Optimisation: Support the design and deployment of the intelligence and management layer that enables organisations to continuously evolve their operating model — combining decision intelligence with governance and optimisation work.

What to expect

  • An international team: As part of Accenture Strategy, you will be part of a European team of international experts from all industries and functions.
  • Different industries: Our methodical focus allows you to gain experience in different industries - from car manufacturers and energy producers to technology start-ups; everything is represented.
  • Diverse areas of responsibility: Due to the broad perspective of our projects, you can also expect a diverse range of tasks, which guarantees a steep learning curve. You will deal with in-depth qualitative organizational issues while also supporting quantitative analyses and benchmarking e.g., for employee costs or team sizes.

What we’re looking for

  • An above-average university degree, ideally in the fields of economics, psychology, STEM or a comparable field (MBA or doctorate is an advantage)
  • Relevant experience working in consulting or an equivalent professional services industry
  • You are characterized by a structured approach and conceptual thinking and always work in a solution-oriented manner
  • You do not lose your head even in complicated situations and motivate those around you through a "can-do" attitude
  • You approach challenges with an eye for detail, enjoy visions, and a necessary dose of pragmatism
  • You are interested in technology topics and digital solutions

What we offer you

  • Individual working time model with flexible working hours
  • Hybrid working – on-site, at an Accenture location, or at home
  • Extensive offers for further education and training
  • Attractive opportunities for advancement
  • A work culture that promotes diversity and inclusion
