Job Description
This is a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract.
The Resourcing Coordinator is responsible for providing coordination and administration support to the Resourcing team for ROI. This role is a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth recruitment operations for new ROI Stores, supporting candidates throughout the application process, and maintaining the integrity of recruitment campaigns. The position reports into the Talent Acquisition Specialist and operates within the People function at Tesco, based in the office. The coordinator is at the forefront of the business, forming the foundation of how Tesco delivers for customers and colleagues every day.
- Supporting day-to-day resourcing queries for new ROI Stores
- Handling candidate resourcing queries and escalations
- Posting vacancies on the Tesco careers site
- Monitoring and carrying out initial shortlisting on applications as required
- Conducting candidate pre-screening calls as required
- Providing disability workplace adjustment support with applications and roles
- Fielding complaints from candidates
- Supporting job fair set-up as required
- Setting up bespoke job templates
- Ordering advertising POS and managing delivery
- Following up on internal endorsement issues
- Fulfilling ad-hoc reporting requirements
- Collecting and using data to inform new campaigns and evaluate existing campaigns
- Supporting recruitment marketing materials as required
- Ensuring marketed vacancies are current and live on the Tesco website
