Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Product Manager with expertise in Workday Recruitment and Onboarding modules to join our team. As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and improvement of our recruitment, hiring, and onboarding solutions, ensuring they meet the changing needs of our organization and industry standards. In this strategic and customer-focused role, you will work with global leaders, solutions, product, process, and technology teams to achieve business goals, including speeding up implementation timelines, managing the product lifecycle, reducing issues, applying prioritization methods to create a product roadmap, and promoting transparency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic product roadmap for our talent acquisition and attraction solutions, aligned with the company's overall goals and market needs.
  • Market Analysis: Perform comprehensive market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape in recruiting and onboarding.
  • Customer Engagement: Work closely with customers to understand their needs, collect feedback, and prioritize product features and improvements accordingly.
  • Feature Prioritization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, process design, and other product teams to prioritize product features and enhancements based on feedback, market trends, and business goals.
  • Requirements Gathering: Define clear and detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide the development process.
  • Product Development: Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Quality Assurance: Work closely with QA teams to define test plans and ensure the quality and reliability of the product.
  • Product Evangelism: Act as a product evangelist, effectively communicating product vision, value proposition, and features to internal stakeholders, customers, and prospects.
  • Training and Documentation: Consult with the process design team to develop training materials, documentation, and user guides to support product adoption and usage.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and iterate on product features and enhancements to continuously improve customer satisfaction and product success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's / Master’s degree in any related field, preferred.
  • Proven experience (5 to 6 years) as a Product Manager, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, HR tech, or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of Workday Recruitment domain and Talent Acquisition for a large, global, matrixed organization.
  • Act as a leader for the Agile development team, guiding and coaching team members in the adoption and implementation of Agile practices.
  • Facilitate Scrum methods such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Develop business cases and proposals for process automation initiatives, outlining the potential benefits and ROI.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate customer needs into actionable product requirements.
  • Solid understanding of agile methodologies and product development processes.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and launching complex products.
  • Experience with data-driven decision-making and product analytics tools is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Passion for innovation and driving positive change in the Talent Acquisition industry.
  • 5 years of JIRA & Workday experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience with large industrial or frontline organisations (retail, manufacturing, shipping & logistics), preferred.
