Administer and support Trading Networks, Broker administration, and MWS administration including configuration, security and access control.
Perform server start/stop activities, platform monitoring, and console administration for IS and MWS, with strong Linux/UNIX operational ownership.
Troubleshoot platform and integration issues using Software AG Designer debugging and server log analysis.
Support database-related troubleshooting using SQL during script execution and integration failures.
Configure and maintain adapters including JDBC, SAP and Salesforce adapters.
Support BPMS deployments and monitoring activities.
Drive deployments using Jenkins and follow CI/CD practices for reliable releases.
Work with and support additional webMethods components such as Mediator, CentraSite, DMZ and MFT where applicable.
Manage cluster environments including administration of Terracotta servers.
Install and manage certificates, including renewals, keystores and related security configuration.
Install and maintain IS and MWS products, including applying fixes via Update Manager and Command Central.
Apply JVM concepts to support performance, stability and troubleshooting in middleware environments.
Use operational tools such as PuTTY and WinSCP/FileZilla for remote administration and file transfer.
Use service management and delivery tools such as BMC Remedy, HP ALM and Azure DevOps as part of support and change processes.
Use monitoring/observability tooling (e.g., Grafana) where available to support proactive monitoring and incident prevention.

Who you are

4–7 years of experience working with webMethods middleware products, alongside Linux/UNIX and SQL.
Hands-on experience with webMethods deployments, administration and security configuration (IS packages, schedulers, triggers, ACLs, groups, keystores, certificate renewal).
Working knowledge of Trading Networks, Broker, and MWS administration including access control and configuration management.
Confident debugging using Software AG Designer and interpreting server logs to diagnose and resolve issues.
Proficient with Linux/UNIX administration and comfortable operating production middleware environments.
Good knowledge of JDBC, SAP and Salesforce adapters.
Experience supporting BPMS deployment and monitoring.
Experience with Jenkins-based deployments and understanding of CI/CD processes.
