About this Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic senior-year undergraduate students for a 6-month Work Experience internship to be our Internal Communications and Engagement Intern to support the delivery of engaging internal communications and employee engagement activities across VOIS. This internship offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in content creation, communication campaigns, employee engagement and digital communication channels while collaborating with different teams and stakeholders.

What you will do

Support the planning and delivery of internal communication and employee engagement activities.
Create clear and engaging content for internal communication channels, including announcements, newsletters, emails and digital platforms.
Support employee engagement campaigns, events and internal initiatives.
Assist with developing communication materials and creative content aligned with VOIS messaging and brand guidelines.
Coordinate with colleagues and stakeholders to gather content, updates and success stories.
Support the management of internal communication calendars and campaign timelines.
Help monitor employee engagement and communication performance, capturing feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Contribute ideas for new and engaging ways to connect employees and strengthen the employee experience.

Who you are

A current senior student with an interest in communications, marketing, human resources, employee engagement or a related area.
A clear and confident communicator with strong written and verbal English skills.
Interested in content creation, storytelling and employee engagement.
Comfortable collaborating with different teams and stakeholders.
Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple activities effectively.
Familiar with Microsoft 365 tools such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Teams.
Interested in digital communication and social media trends.
Keen to learn, contribute ideas and develop in a collaborative environment.
