Job Description
Location: Location Independent - 3 days per week required onsite, Cannock, Staffordshire
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week- Monday to Friday- Shifts between 8am and 6pm

As a Location Independent Worker, for operational reasons you may be required to perform your duties, either temporarily or permanently, from any of our offices or customer sites within a reasonable geographic area of your home address. Our “Office in a Box” home working kit will provide you with everything you need, no matter where you are.

What you’ll do
You'll be the dedicated point of contact for one of our prestigious corporate customers, managing the day-to-day relationship and helping to drive an exceptional customer experience. Based on-site with the customer, you'll play a key role in supporting their mobile strategy, building strong partnerships, and delivering solutions that enhance loyalty through outstanding service, responsiveness, and innovation.
- Act as the dedicated on-site contact for a prestigious corporate customer, building trusted relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- You'll manage a wide range of account activities, including order processing, billing queries, customer records and day-to-day administration, ensuring a seamless service.
- Provide expert advice on devices, tariffs, network services and billing, helping customers and end users get the most from their solutions.
- You will produce reporting and analysis, turning data into valuable insights that support informed decisions, service improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with customers, Credit Control and internal teams to resolve issues, drive efficiencies and continuously enhance service delivery.
- You'll support device management, equipment distribution and network migrations, ensuring users receive the right tools, information and support when they need it.
- You will champion a high standard of customer care, supporting VIP users, contributing to customer meetings and helping maintain a consistently outstanding level of service.

- You'll be highly organised, with the ability to manage a variety of account activities, balance competing priorities and maintain accurate records.
- You will have an interest in mobile devices, with an understanding of their features, benefits and how they can support customer needs.
- You'll be a collaborative team player, comfortable working with a range of internal departments to resolve issues and improve customer outcomes.
- You'll have strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret management information and reporting to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- You'll be proactive and solutions-focused, always looking for ways to drive efficiencies, deliver value and support business objectives.
- You'll be passionate about delivering outstanding service, with the confidence to support a diverse customer base, including VIP users, while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
