About the program

The Discover Graduate Program is designed to develop Vodafone’s future leaders.


From day one, you’ll join a global graduate community, gain hands-on experience and rotate across two roles in your first year. You’ll work on impactful projects, develop new skills and follow a personalized learning journey in an inclusive environment. The program offers a tailored learning journey including Leadership Team of Vodafone Turkey’s inspiring sessions, new skill development opportunities, and exploring Vodafone while working on critical projects and enjoy in an inclusive environment.


Our global scale and strategy provide countless challenges and experiences that will stretch your skills and keep you excited.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor’s or Master ‘s graduates (Graduating by end of summer 2026)
• Maximum 1 year of full-time working experience (internships and part-time jobs excluded)
• Proficiency in English
• Tech savviness
• Hunger for development
• Intellectual curiosity
• Customer focus
