Job Description

Full-time Position

Application Timeline: April 2025 to March 2026

Duration of Program: 24 months of onboarding with a permanent contract

Location: Portugal (Lisbon or Oporto), Hybrid setting

Areas you could be working in include:

  • Finance
  • Human Resources
  • Legal
  • Strategy
  • External & Internal Comms

Ideal background & requirements:

  • Graduated with a master’s degree or on track to receive one in 2025 (with a degree in management, finance, economics, internal communications, human resources or other corporate related fields);
  • Maximum 2 years of working experience after the completion of your studies;
  • Fluency in English (oral and written);
  • Demonstrate adaptability and intellectual curiosity, the ability to analyse problems and offer outside of the box solutions;
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Curiosity and passion for technology, how things work and the future of digital.
