Our Graduate Programme is 21 months long and affords you the opportunity to experience two different team rotations within your chosen stream and skill-pathway, to allow you to build up your experience and skill set.

About the Finance Stream

Skill Pathways: Financial Acumen I Accountancy

With digital innovation reshaping the role of finance, there’s never been a more pivotal moment to join the teams guiding Vodafone’s strategic and commercial decisions. In the Finance stream, you’ll learn how insight, analysis and smart financial thinking drive outcomes across the entire business.

You’ll support budgeting, forecasting, commercial modelling, investment decisions and performance analysis that influence how Vodafone allocates resources and plans for growth. You’ll build partnerships across the organisation, translate data into strategy and gain exposure to everything from pricing to portfolio optimisation.

Here, Finance isn’t just about numbers — it’s about connecting insights to action and enabling Vodafone to make bold, informed decisions. This stream will empower you to become a trusted advisor, strategic thinker and future leader in a digitally enabled finance function.

In Finance (Accountancy Pathway), you’ll build the foundations of an accountancy career — developing the financial acumen, rigour and business understanding that helps Vodafone make smart decisions every day. You’ll rotate through finance teams where you’ll learn how financial reporting, controls and performance insight connect to real outcomes across the business, while working towards an ACCA-aligned development pathway.
