Our Graduate Programme is 21 months long and affords you the opportunity to experience two different team rotations within your chosen stream and skill-pathway, to allow you to build up your experience and skill set.

About the Digital Design Stream

With customer expectations evolving faster than ever, design has become one of the most powerful forces shaping digital experiences. In the Digital Design stream, you’ll bring Vodafone’s “Digital First” ambition to life by crafting intuitive interfaces, compelling visuals and seamless journeys that delight millions.

You’ll experiment with UX/UI principles, develop creative concepts and contribute to design systems that power our apps, websites, products and digital touchpoints. You’ll also explore motion design, storytelling, videography and content creation — helping transform complex ideas into simple, meaningful interactions. From early sketches to polished execution, you’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to elevate how customers connect with our brand.

• Eligible to work in Ireland (If you require a work permit or visa it must be in effect from the 24th August 2026 and remain valid for the duration of your 21-month placement on the Vodafone Ireland Graduate Programme 2026.
