Role Purpose

Responsible for managing and driving the growth of Vodafone Cash’s active customer base across all offered services, while ensuring a distinctive and seamless customer experience at every touchpoint. This role involves developing innovative propositions that enhance customer engagement and loyalty, as well as managing internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.

You will continuously monitor and evaluate product performance to identify improvement opportunities, propose enhancements, and support strategic decision-making. Creativity is essential, as you are expected to generate out-of-the-box ideas that boost customer activity and engagement. Strong analytical skills are also required to interpret data effectively and translate insights into actionable plans.

Competencies & Qualifications

  1. Exceptional Interpersonal & Communication Skills
    Strong people management capabilities, effective communication, and the ability to adapt quickly to change.
  2. Problem-Solving & Quality Orientation
    Skilled in crisis management with a detail-oriented approach and a strong focus on delivering high-quality outcomes
  3. Fintech Market Expertise
    Solid understanding of the Egyptian fintech landscape, with the ability to propose effective promotions that drive Vodafone Cash revenue growth and increase the active base.
  4. Data Analysis & Insight Generation
    Proficient in building dashboards, analyzing key KPIs, and translating data into actionable insights that support strategic decisions and enhance customer understanding.
  5. Product & Campaign Management
    Experienced in planning and managing product sprints, defining requirements, coordinating stakeholders, delivering ATL/BTL campaigns, maintaining year-round engagement calendars, managing external partners, and contributing to annual budget and target planning.
