Role Purpose

As a Decision Support Senior Analyst, you are responsible for financial planning, analysis, and reporting across Bidding, Equipment, and Loyalty. This role plays a critical part in delivering actionable insights and supporting data-driven decision-making to optimize business performance and achieve strategic objectives.

Key Accountabilities & Decision Ownership

  • Lead the monthly closure process and margin meetings, presenting and explaining variances versus budget to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting activities, working closely with commercial teams to ensure alignment of financial plans with business priorities.
  • Deliver in-depth financial analysis and insights that connect financial data with commercial initiatives to drive informed decisions.
  • Develop and distribute the Monthly Management Pack, providing clear and meaningful insights into business performance.
  • Oversee and manage business cases related to Bidding, Equipment, and Loyalty, ensuring consistency with organizational goals.
  • Own and drive the automation project of Vodafone Business Unit profitability outlook and monthly closing processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness.
  • Handle Vodafone Business Unit Bidding, Equipment & Loyalty revenues & costs.
  • Responsible for Month End closure and margin meeting to justify to the management any variance vs. budget.
  • Responsible for the all budget cycles.
  • Responsible for all business cases for Bidding, Equipment & Loyalty.
  • Make proper and insightful analysis to support commercial team.
  • Prepare Post assessments for commercial and business casing.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting/economics/business)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Solving problems and make effective decisions with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Excel
