About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle & PL/SQL Developer to join our Business Intelligence team. The role focuses on developing and maintaining the BI Application Layer, which serves as the semantic layer and direct interface for BI customers. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement backend solutions, including data structures, data marts, and ETL processes, ensuring smooth data transfer into operational services. This position requires strong technical expertise and the ability to manage evolving business requirements in an agile environment.

What you will do

Develop and maintain BI Application Layer and backend data structures.Design and implement ETL processes from source systems to Data Warehouse.Support BI Service Operation and Service Support processes, including critical issue resolution.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to stabilise and specify unclear business requirements.Handle customer requirements and ensure timely delivery of solutions.Participate in projects and programmes under the Demand Fulfilment Process.

Who you are

3–7 years of experience in BI and Data Warehouse development.Advanced PL/SQL scripting skills with strong SQL expertise.Excellent data interpretation and analytical skills.Working knowledge of large IT development projects and methodologies.Strong communication skills to interact with non-technical stakeholders.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Hands-on experience with large datasets. Desired:Oracle DB configuration or Teradata DBA activities.Oracle ODI programming.Familiarity with Unix/Linux command line and basic shell scripting.Knowledge of SAS scripting and Microsoft Excel (including VBA/Macro).Exposure to telecommunication industry.
