What you’ll do

Role purpose:
As the Manager Talent Acquisition for VOIS Eastern Europe Locations (Romania, Hungary, and Albania), you will lead and drive the talent acquisition function, designing and delivering strategies aligned with VOIS and HR objectives. Your role involves ensuring recruitment delivery meets demand, SLAs, and key priorities such as candidate experience and diversity. You will collaborate closely with HRBPs, HR Operations, and the Rewards COE to ensure smooth execution of processes. Additionally, you will evaluate and implement best-in-class recruitment practices to minimize hiring TAT and costs while maximizing quality and maintain ongoing market intelligence to refine talent acquisition strategies and plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies tailored to the region.
  • Ensure efficient and effective recruitment processes, meeting demand and adhering to SLAs.
  • Collaborate with HR & TA teams to align efforts and leverage synergies.
  • Represent the region in Talent Acquisition Leadership Team (TALT) and HR Leadership Team (HRLT).
  • Manage and mentor team leaders and direct reports, fostering a positive team environment.
  • Engage with senior regional business leaders to align TA strategies with business objectives.
  • Monitor TA team performance, tracking regional metrics and KPIs.
  • Implement new technologies and innovative practices to streamline recruitment processes.
  • Ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage the TA budget for the region and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirement

Who you are

Professional qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Post-graduation /MBA in HR is preferred

Core competencies, knowledge and experience
• 10+ years of relevant experience in the areas of Talent Acquisition (experience in Tech industry is preferred) with at least 2 years of being manager of managers/ Team leads.
• Experience of leading TA in a growing organization with a diverse set of business lines
• Ability to understand the business and service delivery model and define the resourcing strategy
• Data driven approach
• Strong communication skills, stakeholder management, negotiation skills and influencing skills
