About this Role
We are seeking a Reward Lead to execute VOIS Europe’s reward and recognition strategy across Hungary and Albania. This role involves managing benefit schemes, recognition frameworks, salary benchmarking, and the annual reward review cycle. You will play a key part in embedding policies, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting the implementation of Vodafone Group’s reward strategy.
What you will do
- Deliver end-to-end Annual Reward Review (ARR) processes, including salary reviews, bonus, and share plans.
- Conduct market research on compensation trends and cost implications.
- Ensure accuracy of reward and organisational effectiveness data in collaboration with HR Operations and HRBPs.
- Test and implement online systems for compensation and variable pay modules.
- Embed local and global reward and recognition policies and frameworks.
- Support share plan administration and coordinate with HR Operations.
- Analyse reward-related data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Act as a consultant to HRBPs and business leaders on reward processes.
- Drive projects aligned with VOIS Reward strategy and Vodafone Group policies.Build communication and awareness around reward guidelines.
Who you are
- Minimum 5 years’ HR/finance/controlling experience, including 2 years in reward.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret costs and trends.
- Commercially savvy with vendor management and negotiation experience.
- Knowledge of labour codes in supported countries and employment cost budgeting.
- Advanced MS Excel skills and familiarity with SuccessFactors.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Excellent prioritisation, time management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- University degree in economics, HR, finance, or psychology.
