Job Description

Your day to day:

As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will take ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to deliver quality hires on time. You’ll drive strategic conversations, influence decisions with data, and bring market insights to the table.

By collaborating closely with Sourcing Specialists, you’ll ensure that every role is filled with the right talent. You’ll also stay ahead of talent trends and use your knowledge to guide hiring strategies, build trust, and add real business value. With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:

  • Partner with hiring managers to run intake meetings, define job specs, and advise on recruitment strategies.
  • Collaborate with sourcing teams to design search criteria, review pipelines, and improve candidate quality.
  • Own the recruitment process from screening and interviewing to offers, negotiations, and onboarding handover.
  • Champion candidate experience by ensuring clear communication, timely feedback, and brand-aligned interactions.
  • Lead with insights and data, sharing market trends, hiring metrics, and recommendations to improve time-to-fill and quality of hire.

  • Strong stakeholder management with the confidence to challenge, influence, and guide senior hiring managers.
  • Recruiting expertise with the ability to manage multiple requisitions across diverse roles.
  • Excellent communication skills, including interviewing, presenting offers, and aligning with cross-functional teams.
  • Data-driven mindset, able to track KPIs, optimize performance, and present findings to leadership.
  • A collaborative and proactive approach, with experience mentoring peers and driving process improvement.
