What you’ll do

The Senior IoT Health Vertical Accounts Specialistst responsible for develop existing top accounts , identifying, prospecting and acquiring new strategic large enterprise customers for IoT solutions in Spain.

This is a senior hunter role with full accountability for opening new logos, developing high-value IoT opportunities and closing complex, large-scale deals.
The role acts as a trusted advisor for customers, combining strong commercial leadership with deep understanding of IoT use cases, and working closely with presales, product teams, vertical experts and technology partners.

  • Keep satisfaction and growth in existing key customers in Health vertical
  • Proactively identify, qualify and acquire new large enterprise and strategic IoT customers.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle for acquisition opportunities: prospecting, solution definition, negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain a robust and sustainable new-business pipeline aligned with ambitious growth targets.
  • Engage with C-level and senior decision-makers, positioning Vodafone as a strategic IoT partner.
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes involving internal teams and external partners.
  • Translate customer business challenges into high-value IoT use cases and commercial proposals.
  • Coordinate presales, product, delivery and partner resources to ensure competitive and scalable solutions.
  • Ensure smooth handover of newly acquired customers to account management and delivery teams.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management and reporting in corporate CRM tools.
  • Represent Vodafone IoT in executive meetings, events and strategic customer engagements.

Who you are

  • Extensive experience in B2B sales of complex technology solutions, preferably IoT or digital services.
  • Strong hunter mindset with proven track record in new business acquisition and large deal closure.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in consultative and complex sales environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell at C-level and manage executive relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
  • High level of autonomy, ownership and results orientation.
  • Ability to lead virtual, cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Experience within a telecom operator, systems integrator or technology provider is highly valued.
  • Knowledge of enterprise and Health markets is a strong advantage.
  • University degree required; engineering or technical background preferred.
  • Fluent Spanish and professional-level English (written and spoken).
