What you’ll do

We’re looking for a talented and experienced Product Manager to join Vodafone IoT and lead the evolution of advanced billing capabilities across the IoT portfolio. This is a senior, high-visibility role at the heart of one of the most critical enablers of Vodafone IoT’s commercial model, customer experience, and portfolio scalability. Billing is not only an operational capability; it is a strategic product domain that underpins proposition launch, monetisation, contract flexibility, differentiation, revenue assurance, automation, and customer trust.

As the Product Manager for IoT Billing and commercial platforms, you will be part of the diverse and global IoT Product Management team and will work closely with Product, Technology, Finance, Operations, Commercial, Legal, Delivery, Data, and Local Markets. You will define and own the vision, requirements, and roadmap for billing capabilities, ensuring that current and future Vodafone IoT propositions can be launched, billed, controlled, and scaled effectively.

This role requires a senior product professional who can operate strategically and hands-on: someone able to shape direction, build business cases, manage prioritisation, lead complex cross-functional initiatives, and represent Product Management credibly with senior stakeholders. The successful candidate will bring strong product management discipline, commercial acumen, and the ability to translate complex business and technical needs into clear product decisions and measurable outcomes.

• Owning and defining IoT Billing product strategy and roadmap across the wider IoT Product Portfolio
• Ensuring commercial scalability, monetisation enablement and lifecycle management of billing capabilities
• Defining & designing customer experience, billing transparency and invoice quality for all IoT products
• Managing cross-functional prioritisation and delivery governance across Product, Technology, Finance, Operations and Markets
• Driving industrialisation, automation and in-life performance of billing and commercial platform assets

Who you are

• Strong and evidenced Product Management experience in telecoms, IoT, enterprise platforms, billing, charging or adjacent B2B environments
• Strong understanding of billing platforms, charging logic, invoicing, order-to-cash and monetisation processes
• Good knowledge of Billing systems and processes, from a technology perspective
• Experience leading complex cross-functional delivery across Product, Technology, Finance, Commercial and Operations
• Ability to translate customer, business and technical needs into clear requirements, priorities and roadmap decisions
• Strong commercial acumen, business case development, stakeholder influencing and product lifecycle management
