About this Role
We are seeking a Solution Testing Junior Engineer to support the testing lifecycle of OSS fulfilment systems used across multiple European markets. The individual will design, execute and automate test scenarios, maintain testing tools, and collaborate closely with fulfilment engineering teams. This role is suited to someone with strong software testing skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to work across functional and cultural boundaries.
What you will do
- Contribute to the planning and execution of test scenarios and test cases for OSS fulfilment systems.Implement and maintain test automation tools, scripts and environments to enhance regression testing efficiency and coverage.
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into structured test cases.
- Support the development of medium‑term strategic roadmaps for testing and automation, enabling harmonisation and consolidation across markets.Ensure testing activities align with lifecycle management requirements, including upgrades, security compliance and capacity planning.
- Produce test artefacts such as bug reports, automated scenarios and quality approvals for software developed by OSS fulfilment teams.
Who you are
- Skilled in software testing methodology and execution.
- Able to evaluate software technologies and identify potential weaknesses.
- Cost‑conscious and performance‑oriented in testing activities.
- Technically capable of creating structured, maintainable test cases and automation scenarios.
- Comfortable collaborating across diverse functional and cultural environments.
- Experienced in software quality assurance or testing, with over three years of professional experience in telecommunications or IT engineering.Knowledgeable about IT and software testing standards, lifecycle management, ITIL/ETOM and testing methodologies.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Holds a Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
