What you’ll do
As a Solution Designer BI, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering technical solutions that support our business strategy and meet the needs of our external clients. You will:
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and ensure their successful implementation.
- Own the end-to-end delivery of IT services in your area of expertise, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with development teams and technical stakeholders to validate and approve solution designs.
- Lead the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including technical requirements, connectivity matrices, and service catalogs.
- Identify and mitigate risks, propose system improvements, and support infrastructure scaling needs.
- Coordinate with testing and operational teams to ensure smooth deployment and issue resolution.
- Act as a technical coordinator in complex projects, ensuring alignment with Vodafone Global standards and compliance policies.
Who you are
You are a proactive and analytical professional with a passion for technology and innovation. You bring:
- A university degree in IT or a technical field.
- 2–4 years of experience in technical roles such as development, support, or testing.
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with at least one database management system (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server).
- A solid understanding of software development processes and design best practices.
- Knowledge of J2EE architecture, API management, and data modeling is a plus.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and decision-making skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- A results-oriented mindset, with flexibility and the ability to work in ambiguous or conceptual environments.
- Experience with vendor management and cross-functional project implementation is an advantage.
