What you’ll do

  • Participate in the evaluation, design and implementation of projects and is responsible for providing the technical solution for the IT systems in his / her responsibility based on the business needs of the clients; assesses the impact of implementing software changes in current IT systems, thinks and implements appropriate technical solutions.
  • Produce technical documentation for selection processes: Request for Quotation, Request for Information, Quote Request, Evaluation Criteria Matrix, Integration Plans, Knowledge Transfer Documents, Internal Assessment Document, etc.
  • Validate the purpose, the objectives, the detailed technical solution and the estimated effort of the technical solution provided by the internal or external development teams for the IT systems under responsibility.
  • Provide support for other suppliers / developers during the development phase in order to provide a suitable technical solution.
  • Provide support for testing teams to prepare software testing phases to meet the quality criteria of delivered software.

Who you are

  • Experience of working in an IT team environment;
  • Profound knowledge of methodologies and tools for analysis activities;
  • Professional attitude, excellent communication skills;
  • Experience in working with business requirements and detailing them into System level Functional Specifications;
  • Analytical ability to ensure detail level articulation in analyzing and specifying of functional details;
  • Ability to communicate functional level details to solution developers – to support transition, translation and development.
  • Ability to quickly troubleshoot and establish functional issues in production, solution testing, etc.
  • Knowledge of SQL and experience with at least one database management system (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.).
  • Experience working with REST/SOAP API’s, MQ, integration processes.
  • Basics of a programming language
  • About cloud native apps and solutions, CI/CD pipeline.
  • IT infrastructure, security as design concept.
  • Experience in large scale projects (core migrations, transformational projects), Agile and waterfall methodologies.
