Location: Newbury / London or Manchester + travel to customer sites when required + Hybrid
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

Join our Vodafone Business Technology Solutions team, where we support businesses of all sizes with world-class technology solutions. We design and develop our Fixed Line solutions, drive efficiency through automation and AI, and implement it all directly with our customers.

What you’ll do

This is a senior client facing role and owner of the low-level customer solution. You will be responsible for detailed design, development and delivery of complex SD-WAN and WAN customer solutions, providing technical leadership and support to a virtual team of highly skilled professionals.

• You will have technical accountability for the detailed design and delivery of multi-million-pound customer deployments.
• You will be working alongside the Programme Manager providing assurance and governance for technical components of the solution.
• You will be engaged during the latter stages of the pre-sales cycle to provide technical assurance on complex solution viability and then ensure detailed solution compliance throughout delivery.
• You will be involved in low level discovery of existing solution components and owner of the transition from existing to proposed solution.

Who you are

• You will be able to showcase in depth knowledge of IP Networking
• You will be able to demonstrate in depth understanding of complex customer SD-WAN / WAN and LAN enterprise deployments, with proven experience in designing and implementing these solutions.
• You will be involved in the production of low-level network designs and configurations for client deliveries.
• You will have a strong understanding of networking principles and protocols.
• You will have a proven track record for delivery of large scale, complex projects for IT/Telco customer solutions, demonstrable leadership skills and organisational experience.
• You will need to be eligible for SC clearance for this role.
