What you’ll do

• Work under strict timelines to bring lease agreements that are within company limits• Handle administrative details relevant to evaluating and selecting a prospective site• Managing site acquisition specialist team• Work with regional rollout, transport, planning and central site acquisition teams• Renewal of expired contracts in targeted budget and time• Regional site acquisition budget creation and follow up• Initiate saving projects to decrease site rental cost• Assist to Regional Site Acquisition Manager for KPI & Target setting of department and regular monitoring the status of these KPI & targets.• Leading the consolidation project in region• Manage payment dispute follow up• Managing site sharing priority for new sites by coordination with other operator’s stakeholders• Follow up fiber investment related permissions• Ensure that VF HSE procedures are implemented and works carried out in compliance with local HSE regulations.• Comply with VFTR’s information security policy, standards and procedures, available under Intranet / Corporate Security Library,• Report all suspected security and/or policy breaches, potential security risks to VF TR Corporate Security,• Protect VF TR’s information assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference,• Protect user accounts and associated passwords, and accept accountability for any actions performed via usage of those accounts.

Who you are


• Bachelor’s degree (Economics, engineering other related fields) is preferable.• Knowledge about MS Office Applications• Good communication skills with all level of organization• Having strong analytical and presentation skills• Having strong knowledge of budget and contract management• Having strong knowledge of Site and Fiber Acquisition• Site acquisition experience is preferred
