Location: Farnborough (onsite)
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working hours: Full Time (Mon-Fri 37.5 hours per week)

Join Vodafone Business Security Enhanced (VBSE) for Vodafone UK and support in providing world-class Secure Solutions for our Enterprise clients.

What you’ll do

The purpose of this role is to manage the seamless integration of new customers, services or applications into VBSE Operations incorporating the following functional teams; Problem, Change, Billing, Configuration & Capacity Team, Provide and Service Desk.

• Ensure the reliable and consistent integration of new customers, services or applications into VBSE Operations.
• Drive and manage the quality of all relevant information required by the different business functions and delivered by the Programme
• To ensure all key operational process and documentation are constructed and available for all VBSE Operations colleagues to support customer requirements as per contract
• Ensure successful testing and own the go live decision (e.g. AILS).
• Lead virtual transition team


Who you are

• Project delivery experience/understanding
• Knowledge of the Operations structure and processes
• Strong Service experience gained with IT/Telecoms companies.
• ITIL Methodology – Desired
• ITSM Tools and Integrations
• Security Clearance: This position requires the person to hold or to be eligible to undergo UK Developed Vetting (DV) clearance.
