  • Support effort estimation, resource planning, capacity management, test environment readiness, deployment verification, and test data planning.
  • Monitor and manage software quality risks, ensuring appropriate mitigation actions and alignment with business priorities.
  • Review testing outcomes, quality metrics, regression status, and audit-related documentation to ensure compliance and governance requirements are met.
  • Support defect management activities, including resolution of escalations, root cause analysis reviews, workaround validation, and defect lifecycle governance.
  • Contribute to quality approval and go-live readiness assessments by providing application, technical, and delivery expertise.
  • Coach and mentor testing teams by sharing domain knowledge, testing best practices, and critical business process understanding.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality engineering maturity, process optimisation, delivery efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
  • Promote automation, non-functional testing, and innovative quality engineering practices to improve service outcomes.
  • Contribute to strategic roadmap planning, service expansion opportunities, and implementation of new testing services where required.

Who you are

  • 10–14 years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Engineering, or Quality Assurance.
  • Strong experience within the Telecommunications industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in test strategy development, test governance, risk management, and quality assurance practices.
  • Experience leading service delivery activities with accountability for SLA and KPI performance.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.
  • Experience in capacity planning, estimation, resource optimisation, and operational delivery management.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, SAFe, DevOps, and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
  • Experience driving process improvement initiatives and delivering measurable business value.
  • Ability to influence decisions through data-driven insights and balanced technical judgement.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to consider both immediate and long-term outcomes.
