Your contribution

For the role of Senior Technical Pre-Sales Manager we are looking for candidates with a broad range of skills.

The responsibilities include:

  • Local Market Presales Technical Support
    Provide technical expertise during presales activities to support local market teams in customer engagements
  • Small Cells & DAS Design Tech Support
    Deliver design guidance and technical support for Small Cells and DAS solutions to ensure optimal deployment.
  • RF Solutions Review
    Assess and validate RF designs and solutions to guarantee compliance with performance and quality standards.
  • Customers Technology Interface
    Act as the technical point of contact for customers, addressing solution requirements and technical queries.
  • Commercial & Market Innovation Bridge
    Connect commercial strategies with technological innovations to enable new market opportunities.
  • Vantage Technology Interface
    Serve as the liaison between Vantage Towers technology teams and commercial units for solution alignment.
  • Solution Management
    Oversee the lifecycle of technical solutions, from design to implementation and continuous improvement.
  • Technical Support for Account Managers
    Provide technical insights and assistance to account managers to strengthen customer proposals and negotiations
  • Solution Design (CAPEX/OPEX)
    Develop solution designs considering both capital and operational expenditure for cost-effective deployments
  • Tailored Solution Development
    Create customized technical solutions to meet specific customer needs and market conditions.
  • RF Design Commissioning
    Support commissioning and validation of RF designs to ensure proper functionality and coverage.
  • Business Case Preparation
    Build technical inputs for business cases to justify investments and demonstrate solution value.
  • Management Reporting for MNOs
    Prepare and deliver technical reports for Mobile Network Operators to track progress and performance

What makes you stand out

  • Extensive experience in telecommunications infrastructure, including ground-based towers, rooftop installations, and distributed antenna systems (DAS).
  • Strong expertise in technical and scientific products and services, with a focus on the TowerCo industry.

  • In-depth knowledge of mobile network technologies and their evolution, ensuring alignment with industry trends.

  • Hands-on experience with mobile network elements, contributing to design, deployment, and optimization.

  • Proven track record in Mobile Network Sharing projects, driving efficiency and cost optimization.

  • Comprehensive understanding of local technical regulations and the regulatory environment, ensuring compliance in all deployments.

  • Solid experience in managing complex technical projects, from concept to implementation.

  • Advanced level of English
