About this Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to design, build, and enhance Salesforce-based solutions within the Telecom IT BSS/CRM function. The individual will lead technical design decisions, create low‑level designs, participate in architectural discussions, and guide development activities. This role requires deep Salesforce expertise, strong analytical abilities, and a collaborative mindset to work with onshore and offshore teams.

What you will do

• Analyse user stories and derive technical requirements and development tasks.
• Maintain complete traceability between requirements, specifications, and technical rules.
• Develop Salesforce components including LWC, Apex, Aura, VF pages, triggers, and integrations.
• Support defect resolution activities, including bug fixing and participation in defect triage.
• Deliver timely status updates to managers and project stakeholders.
• Identify technical issues proactively and escalate appropriately.
• Conduct peer reviews and contribute to continuous knowledge sharing.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and guide team members in design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across onshore and offshore locations.

Who you are

• Experience of 5+ years in Salesforce development.
• Proficient in LWC, Apex, Triggers, VF Pages, Aura Components, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce integrations.
• Knowledgeable in Salesforce Application Architecture principles.
• Familiar with Agile delivery methodologies.Equipped with excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong communicator with the ability to articulate technical issues to technical audiences.
• Holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Certified as Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Platform Developer I (minimum 3 certifications).
• Preferred: Salesforce Certified Application Architect.
