About this Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Owner to lead end‑to‑end product lifecycle activities, from new feature development to continuous improvement and lifecycle management. The individual will be responsible for driving the product roadmap, defining performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals, and supporting large-scale digital transformation efforts. This role requires expertise in agile delivery, data‑driven decision-making, and managing complex stakeholder environments.

What you will do

  • Contribute to the product vision, strategy, and prioritisation of the product backlog.
  • Communicate roadmap value, benefits, and deliverables to stakeholders and teams.
  • Plan releases, and manage dependencies for near‑term and future product goals.
  • Assess impacts of features on product strategy, operational processes, and business outcomes.
  • Define and track objectives, goals, and KPIs/OKRs to guide product direction.
  • Conduct regular control checks and provide guidance to less experienced product owners.

Who you are

  • Experienced in leading or mentoring other product owners.
  • Strong analytical thinker with the ability to balance detail and strategic perspective.
  • Skilled in interpreting data to identify insights and address underlying issues.
  • Able to onboard new workstreams, squads, or business areas while supporting digital transformation efforts.
  • Holds a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent, with 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Brings proven experience as a Senior Product Owner with expert knowledge of agile and software development.
  • Proficient in MVP development, A/B testing, and data‑driven product decisions.
