About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong technical capabilities to drive agile delivery, support cross‑functional development teams, and ensure high‑quality, secure releases. This role blends hands‑on technical contribution—with technologies such as React.js, Node.js, Java/C#, AWS, and CI/CD tools—with agile coaching and team leadership. It is well suited for individuals who enjoy balancing delivery ownership with collaborative team enablement.

What you will do

Enforce Scrum processes and ensure effective execution of stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.Support the team in identifying, managing, and removing internal and external impediments.Coach team members in agile principles to ensure continuous improvement and delivery of valuable, high‑quality product features.Supervise a cross‑functional team performing development, testing, and DevOps activities.Ensure timely, secure, and high‑quality delivery in alignment with organisational commitments.Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to maintain transparency and engagement.Track delivery KPIs and ensure performance against agreed outcomes.Align team goals with organisational objectives and foster a culture of improvement.Contribute technically through solution design, high‑level design creation, code reviews, and hands‑on delivery (approximately 80% technical, 20% Scrum and people management).

Who you are

Proven experience as a Scrum Master operating within agile methodologies.Strong understanding of agile frameworks and experience working within high‑performing agile teams.Expertise in producing burn‑down charts, backlog maps, and other agile metrics.Experience with continuous delivery processes and associated tools.Strong communication, problem‑solving, and innovation abilities.Experience coaching developers, testers, and DevOps engineers.Team management experience for groups of 10 or more members.Hands‑on technical background in React.js, Node.js, Java/C#, and AWS environments.Experience with Jenkins, Maven, GitHub/GitLab, JIRA, and Confluence.Familiarity with DevOps concepts and security practices.
