About this Role

We are seeking an Application Architect to define and guide the application architecture across VOIS, enabling a scalable, secure and future-ready digital ecosystem. Operating across multiple geographies, the individual will shape reference architectures, support early‑stage solution design, and ensure alignment with network, infrastructure and Group-wide technology standards. This role is ideal for someone experienced in cloud-native design, AI-driven architectures, enterprise governance, and strategic business–technology alignment.

What you will do

  • Define, maintain, and promote the application architecture model for the entire VOIS organisation, ensuring consistency and adoption across all locations.
  • Review and guide solution designs for new and existing applications to ensure compliance with architecture principles, security guidelines, and Group technology standards.
  • Support service transition initiatives by providing architecture-compliant solution designs, high‑level effort estimates, and insights into vendor selection and implementation approaches.
  • Collaborate closely with network, infrastructure, information security and cross-functional teams to ensure architectural coherence across domains.
  • Own and maintain the Application Lifecycle Management tool, ensuring accurate, up-to-date records of all VOIS applications.

Who you are

  • Experienced in developing reference architecture models for large, global IT or telecom environments with complex application landscapes.
  • Skilled in designing AI-driven architectures, including integration of Generative AI, LLMs and RAG-based frameworks within enterprise systems (ERP/CRM/SCM).
  • Proficient in cloud-native architecture across Azure, AWS or GCP, including microservices, containerisation, DevOps pipelines, VDI concepts and network fundamentals.
  • Knowledgeable in TOGAF, COBIT, ITIL and eTOM frameworks with the ability to convert business needs into strategic architectural plans.
  • Capable of driving secure-by-design architectures, ensuring robust data protection, while navigating multi-country, multicultural stakeholder environments.
  • Holds a technical degree with 4+ years of experience in CRM or business application architecture.
