About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Analytics Product Manager to lead the design, delivery, and governance of VOIS Data Analytics solutions. This role bridges business needs with technology teams, ensuring successful implementation of analytics capabilities that drive operational efficiency and strategic decision-making. You will work closely with stakeholders to shape analytical opportunities, develop roadmaps, and enable continuous improvement through advanced data analytics and process mining.

What you will do

• Consult on end-to-end Data Analytics initiatives across multiple operations.
• Establish and support Data Analytics governance models, including KPI frameworks and dashboards.
• Conduct deep-dive process mining analysis to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement ETL processes for data identification, extraction, and transformation.
• Recommend optimal methods for connecting Data Analytics tools to IT systems.
• Create process monitoring dashboards aligned with business objectives.
• Analyse findings, draw actionable conclusions, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Advise on capability development and technology strategy for Data Analytics.
• Collaborate with IT product teams to deliver solutions aligned with organisational goals.

Who you are

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Process Mining tools (e.g., Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, QPR).
• At least 2 years of experience in data analytics solution design or development.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis and visualisation.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform and enterprise suites (SAP, Oracle) is highly desirable.
• Proficient in SQL and Python (minimum 2 years of hands-on experience).
• Relevant qualifications in analytics and data management.
• Ability to work in a complex environment and influence high-level stakeholders.
