What you’ll do
We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to support the VSOL Digital & IT organisation across Corporate Information Systems, Channels & Digital Engineering, Vodafone Business IT and AIDA. The individual will oversee end‑to‑end financial management, including Opex, Capex, recoveries and depreciation, while working closely with senior stakeholders and functional leadership teams. This role is suited to an individual skilled in financial planning, strategic decision support and cross‑functional collaboration.Deliver financial governance, oversight and high‑quality insight across VSOL Digital & IT functions.Lead FPA activities including month‑end close, budgeting, forecasting and consolidated reporting.Partner closely with function SLTs and their teams as a trusted advisor, influencing strategic and operational decisions.Act as a key liaison across VSOL Finance including Finance Operations, FPA and Tax, ensuring aligned communication and seamless processes.Provide expert financial consultation and facilitate interaction with other finance teams when needed.Contribute to financial target‑setting, cost‑efficiency initiatives and recovery optimisation across the function.Establish and refine processes and systems to support organisational changes and improve operational efficiency.Support ad‑hoc strategic projects and transformation initiatives as required.
Who you are
An effective communicator with strong presentation skills and the ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders.A collaborative professional who maintains transparency, ownership and timely delivery, even in complex situations.A strategic thinker demonstrating sound judgement and the ability to simplify complex financial information.An individual who embraces change, takes initiative, and shows curiosity across business domains.A qualified or part‑qualified accountant with experience in financial business partnering and senior‑level engagement.Skilled in tools such as Anaplan, SAP or BI platforms, with strong prioritisation and organisational capabilities.
