About this Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage end‑to‑end complex IT projects across the full lifecycle, ensuring timely, high‑quality and within‑budget delivery. The role involves collaborating with global teams, driving technical requirements in the early stages, and coordinating infrastructure, network, IT operations, application delivery, integration, testing and deployment. The individual will also support transitions through Hypercare and oversee handover into production environments.

What you will do

Lead and contribute to multi‑functional, global project teams to deliver complex IT initiatives.Ensure all innovation projects are delivered on‑time, within budget and aligned to quality expectations.Drive early‑stage requirements gathering and create sound effort estimations to support business case development.Define delivery strategy and implementation approaches across all VOIS locations and business units.Support integration activities involving infrastructure, network operations, data, testing, deployment, transition and Hypercare phases.Coordinate with diverse global stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and accurate project reporting.Maintain compliance across all technology implementations including new technology, EOL/EOS devices and infrastructure transitions.

Who you are

Experienced in delivering large, complex projects in international environments (minimum 7 years).Skilled in system integration across infrastructure, network, datacentre, IT operations, security compliance, applications and tools deployment.Proficient in Agile practices; SAFe certification preferred.Excellent communicator with ability to engage stakeholders from technical teams to senior leadership.Skilled in presenting KPIs and status updates through structured PPTs and Excel dashboards.Comfortable working across multiple time zones including India, Europe and Egypt.Adept at decision‑making, problem‑solving and working in complex matrix organisations.
